Dynamic Evangelism Ministry (DEM)

Purpose

According to our esteemed Bishop, the Right Reverend Gregory G. M. Ingram the Presiding Prelate of the First Episcopal District, “There is no ministry in the church more important than sharing the Good News of the gospel and witnessing to people about the saving grace of Jesus Christ.  Without evangelism the church ceases to exist. “

Evangelism is to equip and call every believer into the evangelistic thrust of winning souls for Christ.  Bishop Ingram shares that “Evangelism is at the heart of everything our churches are about in worship, education, social action, stewardship, fellowship and etc.”(The First Episcopal District of the AME Church –The Ministry of Evangelism Handbook)

Scripture
